When working with people experiencing these types of situations, I find there is often something deeper preventing progress. Unresolved pain, traumas and trapped emotions can lead to unhelpful behaviours, habits and patterns such as using over-consumption or under-consumption of food as a coping mechanism. This was certainly the case with my binge eating.
Through a counselling-based approach we will work together to discover, understand and heal from any past traumatic events which are manifesting as blockers to your progress. In their place we will plant new healthier habits, thought patterns and behaviours – unblocking your path to your happiness.

During our initial free 30-minute chat, I will ask a series of questions helping me to gauge which package I think you would benefit the most from.
