Hi, I'm Hollie

For the past seven years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer, helping people not only with their physical health but also with their mental and emotional well-being. During that time, I found myself naturally supporting my clients through their struggles with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and life challenges. I quickly realized that so much of our physical health is connected to our mental health, and I felt called to dive deeper into this work.

That’s why I became a qualified counsellor, and now I’m proud to offer online counselling services to help others manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm, weight issues, and even heal from sexual trauma. I understand how these experiences can affect your entire life, and I’m here to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and begin to heal.

I bring my background in fitness into my counselling approach, recognizing that the mind-body connection is powerful. Whether you’re dealing with emotional overwhelm, struggling with anxiety, or healing from past trauma, I’m here to support you in finding balance and peace, at your own pace.
