Hi, I'm Hollie
I’m a personal trainer with years of experience helping others achieve their fitness goals, but my journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Back in 2023, I was in a very different place, struggling with binge eating disorder—a deeply personal battle that I know many can relate to. My relationship with food was complicated, tied to stress, emotions, and a cycle of guilt and shame. For years, I thought I was weak, blaming myself, but I learned that binge eating disorder isn’t about willpower—it’s a way of coping with emotions when you don’t know how else to handle them.
As a personal trainer since 2017, I knew the importance of health and wellness, but my own struggle brought me to a breaking point. It wasn’t just about my body; it was about reclaiming my happiness and mental health. Seeking help and starting therapy was life-changing. I began to replace secrecy and shame with self-compassion, embrace mindful eating, and discover healthier ways to cope, like journaling, exercising for joy rather than punishment, and practicing self-care. Healing hasn’t been linear, but it has been transformative.

Nutritional Guidance
Nutrition isn’t about strict diets with no enjoyment. Nutrition is about understanding what works for you without unnecessary restrictions. We will work together to understand your eating habits, likes, and dislikes helping you become more in tune with your body.
Healing Your Relationship With Food
Food can often act as a coping mechanism helping us deal with invisible past trauma. This was the biggest factor in my relationship with food. Through counseling, we will explore past events to understand what impact they may be having on your eating habits and weight goals and begin to lift the blockers to your progress.
What I Offer
I offer 3 packages, the best one for you will depend entirely on your unique needs and circumstances. During our initial free 30-minute chat, I will ask a series of questions helping me to gauge which package I think you would benefit the most from. You are completely free to agree or disagree; at the end of the day, you choose the package that you are most comfortable with – I will simply advise!
