I’m a qualified Weight Management Coach specialising in helping clients lose, gain, and maintain weight through a combination of personal training, nutritional guidance, and healing their relationship with food to help with difficulties such as emotional eating, and trauma-informed eating.
My focus with you will be on building a long-term sustainable approach to your weight management, free of strict diets, 7-day-a-week workouts and one-size-fits-all solutions.

Food can often become a way of dealing with invisible past trauma, leading to coping mechanisms such as emotional eating. This was certainly the biggest factor in my relationship with food. Discovering, understanding and talking through these traumatic events can help release trapped emotions, unblocking the path to achieving your weight goals.
