I know how devastating sexual assault is, I know how deeply painful and isolating it can be. I understand the shame, the confusion, and the fear that comes with it, and how terrifying it is to even think about sharing your experience with someone. It took me years to find the courage to speak up, so I truly understand if you’re not ready to talk about everything right away.

In my counselling practice, I’m here to listen, not to judge. This is your healing journey, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you. If you’re not ready to discuss certain aspects, I won’t push or ask questions—you are in complete control of what we talk about. My role is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can process your feelings, slowly work through the trauma, and begin to heal in your own time.
